Bundaberg Kart track is a sealed bitumen surface 760 metres long and 8 metres wide. The Track is registered to run in both directions. Main direction is Clockwise. The Track has an AMB timing system with three strips located at various points around the track. The grid capacity is 32 karts. There is an undercover grid area and many undercover pit bays covered with shade cloth. There is also ample space in the pit paddock for personal shade covers to be erected. Toilet and shower facilities are also available. The clubs canteen is usually open on practice days before meetings and on race days.
Track Location
Our track is located on University Drive, it is just past the airport on your way out to Childers. Here it is on google maps. All you need to do is right click on your point of origin and click 'Directions From Here' and it will calculate a route for you.
Current Rotax Champion Kel Treseder, had a few runs in practice which we caught on a 'kart cam' a small video camera mounted on the front of the kart. Heres a few laps including some footage of our other local drivers.
